While roughly 38.5% of Americans set New Year’s resolutions each year, the follow-through is pretty sad: nearly 80% abandon their goals by February, and by the end of the year, 92% haven’t achieved them.

The Main Event: Reboot Your NY Resolutions with Atomic Habits & Connection
It's not about the goal, but creating a system and environment for habits to stick. Going it alone is hard; this session will demonstrate the power of supportive relationships and mindfulness to boost motivation and follow-through. We’ll use research-backed tools from Atomic Habits (which you do NOT need to have read in advance) to reinvigorate your resolutions into actual habits.
We'll also build a customized plan to support your new habit that includes ways to reduce friction by identifying accountability partners and embodying your new goals through mindful visualizations and deep breathing.
