Cass Cooper is a prominent figure in the field of Inclusive Leadership, Business Ethics, and Equity Strategies.

She is the Founder and Principal Strategist of Know Better, Do Better Consulting, a business development consultancy that bridges DEI strategies with organizational development using an inclusive leadership framework.

In this interview, Cass completely lit me up with her steadfast smarts, shining personality, and a viewpoint that was somehow simultaneously realistic and optimistic (despite the current state of things). In a world where DEI is under full-blown attack, this was the conversation that I didn't know I needed, but totally rekindled my confidence that even though we as a country are currently stumbling HARD, those on on the front lines of DEI are not giving up.

A mini rant on magical conversations: You know when you have a great discussion with what feels like a kindred soul? You talk and you connect and you vibe. You get that good belly hit of inspiration and camaraderie. You feel like anything is possible, despite how f-ed up other things in life often look. THAT is what I felt after a recent conversation with the one-and-only Cass Cooper. Enjoy!
